1) Select Continue under Why Use PayPal? or

2) Log into your existing PayPal account and make your payment.

There will be a small transaction fee that will be listed as shipping and handling.At Check Out you will see "Add special instructions to the Seller" select "Add" and Please include your name and membership # in the comment field during checkout. You will be able to print a receipt upon completion of payment as well as receiving an email confirming your payment.
