To all,
In contacting my training division, I found out that in order for attendees to
receive TCLEOSE credit for our conference, it has to be turned in within 30
days! This means July 18th is the deadline! I was not aware of this!
I was also informed that ALL of the Instructors had to have a Bio, Lesson Plan
with Objectives, and Instructor Evaluation forms submitted to TCLEOSE. I also
was not aware of this and with the deadline listed; there is no way that this
information could be obtained this quick. My training division advised that the
Host Agency should have done this for us, however that did not happen!
*** The next option is to have each of your respective agencies submit your
TCLEOSE credit for you. I was told your certificates that you received for the
conference will suffice..Again the deadline is JULY 18TH!!!!
The attachment (below) explains how this can be done. Please read and have your
agency submit your credit for you!
If your name was on the sign up sheet for TCLEOSE, I sent you an e-mail on this
matter. If you know of anybody that I missed, on vacation/sick, on leave,
attending training, or attended this conference, PLEASE forward this information
on to them!!!
I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and such short notice on this
matter !!!
